About

After taking office on January 20th,  the Biden-Harris Administration will pursue a national climate and clean energy agenda, while re-joining the international community in the Paris Climate Accord and climate negotiations. As a top priority, the Administration will collaborate with Congress to implement policy for the equitable transition to a clean energy economy that meets the existential threat of climate change.

The New Hampshire 2021 Youth Climate and Clean Energy Forum will engage students and young professionals with senior climate and energy leaders in the federal government, the New Hampshire Congressional delegation, and New Hampshire officeholders.

Goals

  1. Learn how the Biden/Harris plans will be implemented
  2. Discuss intergenerational science and climate change policy
  3. Encourage youth to become more aware of the global dynamics influencing climate change
